Job coaching - workplace training
Job coaching supports the inclusion of people with psychological, neurological, mental disabilities, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, sensory impairments or various health problems in their workplaces.
In this context, a workplace analysis is carried out with regard to the resources and inhibiting factors in the relationship between the employee and the workplace environment. If necessary, workplace adjustments and optimization of work processes are made and the employee's learning processes are supported.
