Job coaching supports the occupational inclusion of people with mental, neurological and mental disabilities, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, the impairment of senses, or various other health problems, at their workplace.  Within this framework, a workplace analysis is carried out with regard to resources and obstacles in the relationship between the employee and the workplace environment.  If necessary, workplace adjustments and optimizations of work processes are implemented and the learning processes of the employee are accompanied.
